2 men face multiple charges after drug bust led by State Police
QUINCY - Two men are facing multiple charges after State Police and the United States Postal Inspectors seized a package of cocaine mailed from Puerto Rico to the ringleader of a suspected drug organization in Quincy.State Police said they found the cocaine after it was delivered to Stephen Marsden on Friday morning. He was arrested when police searched his apartment, they said they found five guns, dozens of edibles, about 80 Xanax pills, a money counting device and materials used to package narcotics.They also obtained a warrant to search the Worcester apartment of Evans Klimavich, Marsden's co-conspirator. State Police said the search at Klimavich's apartment yielded a kilogram of cocaine, about 50 pounds of marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, hundreds of vape cartridges and $52,000 in cash. Klimavich was arrested when he arrived home.State Police also searched an office space Marsden was renting in Fall River and said they found four ghost guns, several pounds of edibles and an ATM machine.Both men face drug trafficking charges and Marsden faces additional charges for not having a license to carry firearms.

BRIDGEWATER — A Bridgewater man was arraigned Friday on a murder charge after bludgeoning his neighbor to death, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz said. 3 injured, driver trapped in vehicle after trash truck crash in Lakeville
A crash involving a car and a trash truck in Lakeville earlier this week left three people injured and a driver trapped in their vehicle for nearly an hour, police said. Authorities received a 911 call around 4:50 p.m. Thursday about the two-vehicle crash on Bedford Street near Crooked Lane. Officers went to the scene and found two injured people in the trash truck that had collided with the car, in which the driver was also found wounded, according to a statement from the Lakeville Police Department.
Bank Robbery in Roxbury Leads to the Arrest of Wanted Fugitive
BOSTON, MA – On Friday, at about 10:45 AM, officers from District B-2 arrested a man in connection to a bank robbery at 435 Brookline Avenue. Rolando Gala, 41, a Roxbury resident, was identified and detained without incident based on a photo provided to the officers. Upon his arrest, officers recovered $749 in US currency. Gala, who was previously highlighted on a BPD Most Wanted List, was charged with armed robbery. At the time of his detention, Gala was also wanted on outstanding warrants for unarmed robbery and drug-related charges out of Suffolk Superior Court and Roxbury District Court. BOSTON (WHDH) - After a man was stabbed outside a Stop & Shop in Dorchester Friday night, he walked to a local hospital and is expected to survive, officials reported. Gun recovered after 911 call reporting man with gun
BOSTON, MA – On Thursday, at approximately 5:45 PM, officers from District B-3 responded to a call concerning an armed individual at 25 Estrella Street. A 21-year-old Mattapan resident, Javaughnee Buckmire, was arrested after a FN503 with five rounds in the magazine was recovered from behind a recycling bin near his location. Buckmire was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and armed robbery. He is set to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court. Fire breaks out at apartment building in Quincy
QUINCY - Firefighters were on the scene of a fire at an apartment building in Quincy Friday afternoon.The fire broke out just after 1 p.m. at the building on Willard Street. SkyEye was over the scene and flames could be seen coming out of the roof. Thick black smoke was also seen pouring out of the building.Several people were seen being taken away on stretchers but it's not known what happened to them.The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Two pedestrians were hospitalized Saturday morning after being struck by a car in a busy grocery store parking lot in Arlington, Massachusetts. BROCKTON – A man has pleaded not guilty to a charge that he bludgeoned his Bridgewater neighbor to death, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz has announced. This afternoon, 69-year-old Dinis Moreira of Bridgewater, pleaded not guilty to one count of Murder in Brockton District Court. After examination by a court clinician, Moreira was held without bail and will be sent to Bridgewater State Hospital for a 20-day evaluation.
