RATHDRUM - This morning, at approximately 12:34 a.m., officers in Rathdrum conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle located on Hwy 53 at Logan Street in Rathdrum, ID. RATHDRUM, Idaho - The Rathdrum Police Department (RPD) is seeking help to identify a suspect thief who stole potting soil from a home.
