BALTIMORE -- A woman charged with crashing into and killing six construction workers in March turned herself in on Wednesday.Lisa Lea, 54, from Randallstown, was indicted on Monday on 28 counts. She was charged with six counts of felony negligent manslaughter by vehicle, six counts of death of a vulnerable person and numerous traffic violations.
