BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one victim with multiple gunshot wounds early Saturday morning. Police responded to a local hospital where the suspect had checked in earlier with gunshot wounds to each leg. During their investigation, police learned the shooting had occurred before 7 am in the 100 block of N. Highland Avenue. The suspect reported hearing two gunshots before realizing he had been struck. Police identified him only as a 49-year-old male. At this time, no suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made. Anyone with information is urged

GLEN BURNIE, MD – The Anne Arundel County Police Department is investigating a shooting involving a 16-year-old. Police responded to the scene in the area of Winding Wood Road near Green Branch Lane at around 3 p on Sunday. “One juvenile victim suffering from a non-life-threatening injury,” police reported. “Please watch for responders in the area.” The AACPD did not release any further details regarding this shooting. No arrests have been announced and no suspects have been identified.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Dakota Lilian Nicole Smith, a missing 14-year-old.  Smith was last seen on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at approximately 1:20 a.m., in the 20100 block of Loading Rock Place of Montgomery Village. Smith is believed to be in the Germantown area, driving a silver 2011 Chevy Malibu bearing MD tag 5BA4544.  Smith is approximately 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 135

BALTIMORE, MD – Police in Baltimore have issued an alert for a missing child in the Arlington neighborhood of the city. The Baltimore Police Department is asking the public help locating 11-year-old Star Cain. She was last seen on March 17, 2023, in the 5300 block of Beaufort Avenue.  Star was wearing a gray hoodie, plaid pants, and pink UGG boots.  Star is approximately 5’6″ tall and weighs about 100 pounds.  Family and Friends are concerned about Star Cain’s well-being. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Star Cain is urged to contact the Baltimore Police Department’s Missing Person Unit

ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND – A Rockville man is in custody for a burglary he committed while Montgomery County Fire Rescue investigated a fire at the Arrive Apartment complex on Saturday. At approximately 6 a.m., police and fire rescue personnel responded to the location for a three-alarm fire in progress. Fire rescue personnel evacuated the building and forced entry into several apartments to ensure the safety of all occupants. WILMINGTON, DELAWARE – Delaware State Police arrested 71-year-old John Austin of Newark, Delaware, for the attempted robbery of a Wilmington area liquor store on Monday night. On March 14th, troopers responded to Clifton Liquors located at 304 Edgemoor Road, Wilmington, for a late reported attempted robbery.
