Shoplifters sought after stealing from Walmart in Harford County
ABINGDON, MD—The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating two people wanted for stealing multiple items from a local Walmart. Officers say at just after 6 p.m. on November 30, 2023, two suspects went into the Walmart located in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Blvd. in Abingdon and placed multiple items in their cart before leaving without paying.
Driver in deadly I-695 construction zone crash sentenced
TOWSON, Md. — One of the drivers from the fatal 2023 construction zone accident has been sentenced for his involvement in the deadly incident. Malachi Brown, 20, will be sentenced to 18 months in prison in part of a plea deal that he had agreed to earlier this month. Under a plea, Brown will serve 18 months in prison followed by three years of supervised probation, in addition to 40 hours of community service.

Harford County Executive violated Public Information Act, state regulators say
