Windcrest PD turns to public for help in search for armed robbery suspect
SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The Windcrest Police Department is looking for at least one suspect in what is being labelled an aggravated robbery. Investigators say the victim had pulled up to their home in the 1800 block of Murray Wynn on Tuesday when a Hispanic male in his late 30s or early 40s walked up. Police say the suspect pointed a gun at the victim and ordered them out of the car. The victim complied and the suspect then drove off in a white 2015 BMX X6, pictured below.
New City Ordinance Will Stop Small Texas Town Residents from Feeding Deer 'Doughnuts and Tortillas' on City Property
Some residents in Leon Valley, Texas have made it a habit of feeding the deer, which in itself makes wild animals more likely to think that humans are a food source. To make it worse, the "worst offenders" have been going to a local bakery and buying "doughnuts and tortillas" specifically for feeding the deer, according to the public works director. A new city ordinance will stop the feeding of deer on public property if it is passed.
