Boise Resident Has Simple But Hilarious Message For Speed Demons
If you have kids and have ever lived in a neighborhood of any sort, you understand how frustrating it can be to see people speeding on your street. It should be obvious for anyone traveling through to take a second and notice the speed limit sign that says 20 mph. People should realize that there are kids in the neighborhood... right?
Property taxes, tax relief and the Legislature
In what will most likely be my final update from Boise for 2023, I will be concluding the ongoing saga of our property tax legislation. As was stated at the beginning of February, most, if not all, of the Legislature began the 2023 session with the intent of addressing the rising property tax rates that most Idahoans were experiencing. Legislation passed in 2022 did little to immediately bring relief and this was frustrating to legislators and the public alike.

Don’t Miss the Nerd Convention in Idaho Next Month
It use to be that comic books and superheroes made people a nerd. Movies taught us to make fun of nerds, but thanks to Marvel movies, Star Wars, and Harry Potter, almost everybody is a nerd now and it is more acceptable than ever. If anything, you are in the minority and missing out if you aren't invested in one of the above in some form or fashion. Because of all the nerdiness that has become so popular, comic cons are thriving in today's world. While the most famous one in the country is Comic Con in San Diego each year, for those of us unable to make it there, you are in luck as there will be a comic con in Idaho next month.
