DUI: Cassidy Ricci blows 0.164% BAC after leaving Electric Cowboy bar
24-year-old Cassidy Ricci was jailed on September 8th after police observed a black Infiniti SUV in the middle of the road not moving. While speaking with Ricci, officers could smell alcohol coming from her and the vehicle. She told officers that she was coming from the troubled Electric Cowboy bar and consented to sobriety tests. She performed poorly and was taken into custody. Once at booking, she blew a .164% BAC on the breathalyzer.

Brockton 15-year-old shot and killed, 17-year-old in custody on gun charge
BROCKTON — A 15-year-old Brockton boy was shot and killed on Friday afternoon, authorities say. The fatal shooting took place at 3:23 p.m. at 131 Lynn Road, according to the office of Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz. A 17-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with possession of a firearm, the DA's office said.
