During the investigation, law enforcement confiscated over 16 pounds of methamphetamine and a quantity of fentanyl pills weighing more than 700 grams. Court records indicate that an inquiry was initiated around April 2022 into a drug trafficking group (DTO) overseen by Denise Guyette. Nathan Boddie collaborated with Gerardo Garza and, purportedly, Guyette and others to transport different controlled substances – like methamphetamine, fentanyl pills, and cocaine – in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and other locations. Additionally, it is alleged that the DTO regularly employed mail services to transport drugs from Arizona to Massachusetts by concealing them within packages containing children's items such as toy trucks, Halloween decorations, and Disney merchandise. From May to October 2022 alone, law enforcement confiscated seven packages totaling over 900 grams of methamphetamine along with numerous counterfeit fentanyl pills. The seized packages also included suspected Dimethyltryptamine - an extremely potent psychedelic substance. Notably among these intercepted parcels was one intended for Boddie which contained more than 200 grams of pure methamphetamine.
