Driver, students uninjured after vehicle crashes into school bus at stop light
HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Officials responded to a report of a crash involving two vehicles and one school bus in Haywood County on Thursday afternoon. According to the N.C. State Highway Patrol, around 3:15 p.m. on March 28, a vehicle traveling north on US-19 in Clyde failed to yield right of way while attempting to make a left turn onto Smathers Street and was struck by another vehicle traveling south on US-19.
Dispatch: No injuries reported after fire on Black Gum Gap Road
GATLINBURG, Tenn. — A residential fire was reported at 701 Black Gum Gap Road in Gatlinburg, dispatchers said Wednesday night. No injuries and no fatalities have been reported as multiple crews work to extinguish the fire. Crews on the scene include Pittman Center, English Mountain, Kates, Sevier County and Gatlinburg.
