PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A large fire damaged a shopping center in Portsmouth, the city's fire department said early Monday morning. It happened at the Victory West Shopping Center, located on Airline Boulevard. Man serving 20 years in prison for homicide of Norfolk State student

The 2023 Girl Scout Cookie booth season has begun!. Almost a million boxes of cookies arrived in Hampton Roads Saturday morning and were passed out to local Girl Scout troops.
