Pa. landlord allegedly set home on fire after his tenants broke washer and dryer machine
AKRON, Pa. (TCD) -- Police recently arrested a 28-year-old landlord for allegedly lighting his tenants' home on fire because he was upset with them. According to a news release from the West Earl Township Police Department, on March 23, shortly before 2:15 a.m., officers responded to 312 South 10th St. in reference to a "civil issue." Ronald Frisbie III, a landlord, became upset with his tenants after they allegedly broke a washer and dryer machine. Police "handled the situation," and officers left around 25 minutes later.
