Bomb threat shuts down St. Vincent de Paul’s administrative office
EUGENE, Ore. – Saint Vincent de Paul’s administrative building on Chad Drive was closed Tuesday after it was evacuated due to a bomb threat. The threat came in the morning of April 16, with someone saying they were going to show up and bomb the building. Eugene police responded to the scene and closed the building, warehouse and store as they searched the area. Police on the scene said the person who issued the threat had recently been evicted from a St. Vinnie's property, but the threat was not credible. Police said they are continuing to investigate.
