Bison Showcase Talent at NDSU Pro Day
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR)–The North Dakota State Bison football team held their annual pro day Tuesday morning. Five Bison players participated for 18 NFL scouts and 2 CFL scouts. The Five Bison players included Running Back TaMerik Williams, Cornerback Jayden Price, Wide Receiver Zach Mathis and Offensive lineman Jake Kubas and Jalen Sundell.
North Dakota State Advances to Super 16 in WNIT
FARGO, N.D. — North Dakota State handled their business and earned the win in the second round of the WNIT defeating Montana 72-63. The Bison dominated the glass, outrebounding the Grizzlies 46-25. The Bison also got to the free throw line 18 times and converted on 17 attempts from the stripe.
Faye Norby finishes Iditarod Trail as Women’s Foot Champion
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - North Dakota native Faye Norby is always looking for a new adventure. It started with the 75-mile Tuscobia Winter Ultra in Wisconsin over 10 years ago and other smaller races. Now, the epidemiologist professor can add “Women’s Foot Champion” to her list of accomplishments, after earning that title in this year’s Iditarod Trail Invitational 1,000 (ITI) on March 23.
