WASHINGTON, D.C. – 28-year-old Joshua White of D.C. was shot and killed Tuesday evening in Southeast D.C. The incident happened at the 4700 Block of South Capitol Street. Shortly before 7 pm, officers from the Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department were in the vicinity of the shooting and responded to the sounds of gunshots.
