The dog is described as a gray and brown mix breed that looks similar to a Scottish Terrier (also known as a "Scottie"). It weighs around 50 pounds and has a black collar and blue tag.

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — To commemorate Juneteenth, Hampton Roads Transit will provide free fares on all bus, trolley, light rail, ferry and paratransit services. This is the fourth year that fares have been free on Juneteenth. The tradition began in 2020, a year before Juneteenth was recognized as a state holiday by the Commonwealth.

The program gives those who are eligible a $50 voucher that can be used at select farmers markets across Hampton Roads.
