Volunteers plan to answer questions about Joplin's Capital Improvement Tax at the polls
Next Tuesday, voters will head to the polls for local elections in both Missouri and Oklahoma. In Joplin, voters will decide whether to renew the city's Capital Improvement Sales Tax. This week, the tax committee met for one last time before the vote. The topic of polling locations was among the agenda items, in addition to where to go if a voter has questions about the tax.
