LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – Lexington police were dispatched to Roosevelt Avenue on Saturday to investigate a reported shooting.
At 6:29 a.m., officers responded to reports of an individual who had been shot. At the scene, the police said they found a woman who had sustained a reportedly non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

She was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
