Two incidents occurred in Arkansas this week. In the first incident, one person was injured in a single-vehicle accident on Highway 32 due to slick pavement caused by rain. Emergency services responded to the scene. In the second incident, an Arkansas State Police trooper retired after crashing his vehicle into the wrong car during a high-speed pursuit on Interstate 40.
