According to the Town of Morristown, gas-powered leaf blowers are prohibited for use between January 1 and September 31 in the Town of Morristown, per town ordinance. ROXBURY, NJ - The Roxbury Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a township man who has not been seen for almost two weeks. The man, Altariq Hickson, was last seen at his residence in Roxbury on March 6, police said in a statement released today.
