Woodburn theft detail yields four arrests
Four people were arrested after Woodburn Police conducted a focused theft-detail enforcement at the Woodburn Premium Outlet Mall. City of Woodburn sources said the detail had assigned loss-prevention officers involved with the mission, which in addition to the arrests resulted in the recovery of $2,500 in merchandise. Arrested were Antonio Welch, 37, charged with theft; David Razon, 31, on two warrants; Shaelynne Martinez Garret, 19, charged with theft; Jayson Jones, 22, on two warrants and charged with theft.
