Police: Two sought in vehicle break-in, card theft investigation in Charleston
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Police in Charleston are searching for two suspects in a vehicle break-in and alleged bank card theft. The vehicle break-in was originally reported Wednesday in the 900 block of Central Avenue where it was found that a bank card was stolen, according to the Charleston Police Department.
