Cleveland police issue warrant for suspect in death of woman found dead on I-90
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland police have issued an arrest warrant for a Lorain man in connection with the death of a woman found dead on I-90 early Sunday morning. The suspect was identified as Manuel Perez-Rios, 37, who is wanted for failure to stop after an accident resulting in death, according to police.

BEREA, Ohio – Breaking & entering, larceny: Eastland Road. Someone broke a window in an office building and damaged a fence at Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds. It happened between 11:30 a.m. March 23 and 9:30 a.m. March 25. A fairgrounds worker arrived and noticed that a window in the office’s copy room had been broken. She immediately called police.
