Crash compilation after MN spring snowstorm
The Minnesota State Patrol on Monday said between midnight and 7 a.m. there were 396 crashes (22 with injury, one serious/fatal) and 339 vehicle spinouts/vehicles off the road and 14 jackknifed semi-trucks. Sunday had some heavy snow across the Twin Cities, resulting in roads being sloppy and slick into Monday.
6 boys arrested after armed robbery in Brooklyn Park
BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. — Six boys were arrested after an armed robbery in Brooklyn Park Sunday night, police said.The robbery happened on the 5500 block of 84 ½ Avenue North around 9:45 p.m., according to the Brooklyn Park Police Department.The victim told officers a group of boys "held guns to his head, took personal property and fled on foot," police said.READ MORE: Police searching for suspect after armed carjacking in DinkytownOfficers found the suspects — six juvenile males — at a nearby home, called them out and arrested them. Maple Grove police searching for 18-year-old man last seen early Saturday morning
MAPLE GROVE, Minn. — Police in Maple Grove are asking the public for help in locating an 18-year-old man last seen Saturday morning.The Maple Grove Police Department says Winston Drepaul voluntarily left his home on the 11800 block of 80th Avenue around 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
