GLENDALE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) - A Glendale mother of three is devastated after a rollover crash sent her children to the hospital. Her 2-year-old has since been discharged, but her 6-year-old is still there, and her 2-month-old is in the ICU. The crash happened shortly after 12 p.m. on Monday at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. Glendale police say three vehicles were involved in the crash, and one car had three children inside.

PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. — A woman has died after she was found unresponsive in a Paradise Valley pool on Friday, according to the Phoenix Fire Department. Firefighters were called to the area near 44th Street and Lincoln Drive. Upon arrival, they found the woman and removed her from the pool.

Around 10:45 a.m., Phoenix police were called to the intersection of Cave Creek and Jomax roads for a motorcycle and car crash. The thefts started in June 2022 when 37-year-old Jose Luis Acosta walked into an Ulta Beauty store near Baseline and Cooper roads, filled a pillowcase with $2959 worth of fragrances, and left the store without paying, court documents say. According to police, from Aug. 2022 - May 30, 2023, Acosta went to 10 more Ulta Beauty stores throughout the east Valley, where he shoved perfumes into duffle bags and pillowcases before fleeing the store. His thefts during these months totaled $39,740.98. Police say Acosta was in and out of the store within a minute during these crimes.
