SHINGLE SPRINGS, Calif. — A crash involving a downed power line was reported on South Shingle Road near Big Branch Road in Shingle Springs on Thursday evening. According to the California Highway Patrol, at least two vehicles are involved in the crash, with a power line on one vehicle.
