Portion of South Florida Avenue in Lakeland will close overnight Sunday for sewer repair
Lakeland will shut down a portion of southbound South Florida Avenue on Sunday evening to repair a broken sewer connection. The city's wastewater division will be working on the 1800 block of South Florida Avenue, near Kenwith Road, about midway between Beacon Road and Ariana Street. The roadway will shut down about 7 p.m. Sunday and is anticipated to be reopened by Monday morning.
