We have been a 4-Star holder for many years, but reaching the 5-Star level is a very special achievement," said LTC Raymond Mitchell, Chapter president. "I must give our past president most of the credit for setting us on the right path. However, it wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and dedication of such a great staff.
