Madison County agencies look for funding post CSEPP
MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - The first chemical weapons arrived in the 1940s and the last munition in the stockpile was destroyed at the Blue Grass Army Depot in July of 2023. For several decades assistance was provided to the community through CSEPP or the chemical stockpile emergency preparedness program.
