(KRQE) – The feds on Wednesday released the indictment of former New Mexico State Representative Sheryl Williams Stapleton, who is accused of funneling millions of dollars from Albuquerque Public Schools to her personal bank account. The former state lawmaker and APS administrator has been charged with 35 counts, including conspiracy to defraud the United States, bribery, mail fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
