Fiery crash in Warren leaves 1 person dead
WARREN, Mich. (FOX 2) - One man is dead following a fiery crash in Warren early Sunday morning. The crash happened around 7 a.m. on Hoover near 13 Mile Road. According to police, a driver in a Nissan Infiniti was travailing on Hoover when he struck a curb and lost control before hitting a tree. The car then caught on fire.

Police say two women were shot by a man in the parking lot of an old Ruby Tuesday restaurant that closed a few years ago. Hours later the suspected gunman was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound behind a car dealership on Van Dyke.

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. (AP) — Authorities say a man shot two women in Sterling Heights before running away and killing himself. Police said in a statement that the man shot two female acquaintances in a Ruby Tuesday restaurant parking lot Friday afternoon, the Detroit News reported. The man ran from the scene. Officers later found him nearby with an apparent gunshot wound to the head. The women were taken were taken to a hospital where they were treated for their injuries.
