James Clayton Vanwormer, a 42-year-old man, was arrested on February 19, 2024, in Springfield, Oregon, following a reported domestic violence incident. The Springfield Police Department responded to a 911 call at approximately 8:30 PM. The call reported a violent situation on the 500 block of S. 53rd Street. The caller alleged that Vanwormer had pepper-sprayed him multiple times and assaulted a woman.
Sheriff: Remains found on Sweet Creek Falls trail
