Salisbury teen arrested and named as second suspect in 2023 homicide
SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury teen has been charged with First Degree Murder. Maryland State Police arrested 17-year-old Cashmir Holbrook in connection with a shooting outside Pizza City in Salisbury in 2023. That shooting claimed the life of 16-year-old Ja’siah Sin’cer Johnson and injured a 22-year-old man.

According to Darcy and Steve Cole of DSC Photography in a post shared by the Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company, the newest foal in the Northern Herd was first spotted on the Accomack County side of Assateague Monday, March 25th.

FRUITLAND, Md. – A Fruitland childcare program was temporarily suspended following an investigation earlier this month. On March 14th, the Crown Sports Center’s childcare program was suspended after a complaint was received regarding a child being left unattended on a bus. The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) promptly launched an investigation, which confirmed that a child had been left unattended on the bus for a period of time.
