Two indicted in Martin County
INEZ — Two men were indicted Thursday in Martin County, one on drug-related charges and another on DUI-related charges. Elijah A. Frye, 40, of Redding, California, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, possession/use of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. According to the indictment, Frye was caught March 10 with methamphetamine and a glass pipe used for smoking substances and was in a public place under the influence of a controlled or intoxicating substance.
