A Santa Rosa woman was arrested in Ukiah recently while allegedly driving a stolen car, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, the city’s FLOCK camera system (which records the license plate numbers of all vehicles entering the Ukiah city limits) alerted officers to a stolen car driving in the area of North Orchard Avenue and East Perkins Street around 4:45 p.m. March 22.
