Police: Two people shot Tuesday in Milton
Milton, Pa. — Police confirmed this morning that two people were shot Tuesday afternoon at the 10 block of Broadway Street in Milton. Milton Borough Police responded to the call at 4:16 p.m. April 16 for a report of a shooting with two victims. Pellet gun fired at person
Old Lycoming, Pa. — Lycoming Regional Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Sweeley Avenue in Old Lycoming Township on April 16, 2024 shortly after 10 a.m. for a report of a pellet gun being fired at a resident. Police arrived in the area and spoke to the reporting person. The individual reported hearing a "pop" when he was standing outside on his front porch and then finding a metal pellet at his feet. He was not injured. It is unknown if the individual was directly targeted. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lycoming Regional Police Department.
Police looking for missing Jersey Shore man and his dog
Lycoming County, Pa. — The Lycoming Regional Police Department is looking for 64-year-old David Benis. Benis and his dog, a German shepherd, were last seen leaving their Jersey Shore home for a trip to visit his son in the Pittsburgh area yesterday morning around 6:30 a.m. Benis has not arrived at his destination. He suffers from several medical issues. If anyone knows of Benis's whereabouts, they are asked to contact the Lycoming County Regional Police Department. Benis has been entered into NCIC as a missing person.

Four industrial laundry facilities in Pennsylvania will close and more than 100 people will be laid off. Paris Uniform Services filed a WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) notice with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry informing the state it will close the four facilities in Pennsylvania and 138 people will be laid off.
Kohl's to add Sephora at Williamsport location
Williamsport, Pa. — Sephora is coming to Williamsport thanks to a partnership between Kohls and the beauty care brand. Kohl's and Sephora first joined together in 2021 and have since expanded their partnership to thousands of stores across the U.S. In 2023, Kohl's added six new Sephora locations in Pennsylvania. Kohl's has plans to add Sephora locations at all of their 1,100 plus locations, according to a press release from Kohl's. “Sephora at Kohl's provides our customers with easier access to prestige beauty, and the partnership has brought in new, younger and more diverse customers to Kohl's. We are incredibly proud of how our companies have come together so seamlessly to create a truly unprecedented and unique in-store experience," said Michelle Gass, Kohl’s chief executive officer.
